I married a widower, I inheritied his first wife's wallpaper, country blue, geese with bows.......................do I need to mention things hadn't been redecoraed in a while?

Yeah, but that would be hatchery stock, I'd prefer to not go that route.
Even worse, Trader Joes are Commercial Stock. They are egg laying monsters and are not available for sale.

They would be good if you wanted to work on egg laying though.

When I was pregnant with Dakotah, now 16, I had lived in my house for almost 10 years. The kitchen and family room were wall papered. I hate, really hate, wall paper. So since I was itred of gluing it back on when it started to peal I bought the tools and started peeling. I kid you not! Ten layers of paper in the family room and 8 in the kitchen. I guess when it got dingy and crudy enough they just covered it. I was half way through the family room and a few of my kids walked in and got on me for peeling while pregnant. I ended up with teens and 20 year olds all over the 2 rooms. They even called in friends. Oh and each later we peeled was uglier that the previous one. My daughters like boarders. They bought some really pretty ones and brought them to me at another house. I looked at hem and said "you now this is just wallpaper on a diet right?" Daughter #3 says "SEEEEEE I told you guys she doesn't like anything that resembles wallpaper." They loved my painted boarders I did. A little Killz and you can get rid of those, just fine.

Uh yeah, not much choice then is there? I hope you at least got that cool litle scoring tool and a steamer for the job. Ugh, I don't envy you right now Deb. Now I'm having 80's flashbacks. I never went with the goose theme in my own home but JEEZ it was everywhere else I went!

LOL! Wallpaper on a diet. hee hee You crack me up Kim.

Just realized Deb is dealing with my mom's old wallpaper. She had the same stuff on one wall and the trim around the rest of the kitchen.

Sunny, I've been reading the thread, but lots going on and I just sometimes never know what to say. I've been thinking about you and Steve a lot. I'm so glad the meds are working and that he's doing this speech. That diagnoses isn't the easiest to get on so many levels, but the worse thing to do is to give up. So many people get it and do just that. I get stuck reading up on things to do to keep my brain going. Not just because of the strokes and the tumor, but because of my dad who had Alzhiemers. So, the two of you are definately on my mind and I'm so excited that he is doing this.

Thanks Kim! That means a lot!!! *hugs*

For those of you that don't know, my DH has been diagnosed with early onset Alzheimers and has been asked to be the poster child (give a speech at the event and be interviewed by the local paper) for the Reno Alzheimers walk. This really is a big deal in the small town of Reno and we are very honored.
It has been an amazing boost for him. He seems to have realized that his time to contribute is far from over and that he can use his diagnosis to teach others and to help the cause. He and I are very excited and I am very, very proud of him!!! :D

I was looking at the CA page and realized that more info I had added didn't show up, so I hunted down what I remembered was missing. I hope everything is fixed now.

We need a lot more feedstore and vet info, so share it if ya got.

Anyone have any other ideas for the page? I've been thinking of some things, but I think it's better to ask here and get ideas from everyone.
