Waiting for this cop to come back. He pulled up and then drove up a ways.

I'm in town.
The cop found nothing, but got chewed out by the crazy mom. I've never seen her, but I hear her some times. Good Lord! He took pics of my lined up dead birds. I'm just to out of it to figure out who and what are still missing, so I'm going to get up early in the morning and take a complete list to the PD.
I had a great weekend and good morning. Just got home an hour ago and someone hit my yard. I found dead hens lined up on top of a rabbit cage, a FBCM cockerel, dead in his pen, lots and lots of missing birds from each breeding pen. I'm so sick or sick people. They hit the brooder too, but I'm trying to get it together to even figure out what's missing.
Did he think she or her kids did it or what......................SO Sorry.!!!!!I'm in town.

Not sure who did it now after talking to Makayla's little friend. She said she saw a man climbing my fence yesterday. Then another little friend said that the little girl down the street had company yesterday. He'd probably be a middle schooler and he stole eggs from someone's house. The mom of the other 3 boys? OMG! The gang bangers don't mess with her. My neighbors on both sides are really watching now. The lady next door feels so bad, because she even got a ladder out to see why the dogs were barking and the chickens were so loud, but saw nothing. Just said they were really riled up. I told her they had taken hens out of every pen back there and I had tears running down my cheeks, and was trying not to really cry and the look on her face almost broke my heart again. She feels so bad, but it isn't her fault. She even looked, but like she said, she can't see around my garage and the chickens that were dead were on that side. I just came in from looking for my SPPR, Fancy and thankfully I found her. I was hoping she had taken off to sit on a nest and she did. I'm missing so many birds though.
On a good note.
The one turkey I hatched out I really thought wasn't going to make it. He had only stood a couple of hours one day and usually was on his side and barely peeping. He'd kick out his feet like he was dying and every time I checked on him, I expected to find him dead. I was out in the Bay for my grand daughter's sweet 16 party since Friday night, so reason I was gone, I decided I couldn't leave my little guy behind, since I've been giving him Polyvisol and hand feeding him. Even have to give him water with a syringe, Did think he'd make it, but I couldn't just leave him and lose him for sure. I told Dakotah NOT to tell my daughter I was sneaking him into her garage and taking care of him, but they were all supposed to be gone Friday night for a sleepover at a hotel and I needed to take care of him. Had him in my car and couldn't wait till they left. I started with "OK, I know you're gonna be mad, but I had no choice. I brought something with me and........." Then she says, "Mom, Dakotah sent me a text to warn me. So you brought a turkey with you huh?" I had been there for almost 2 hours and she had said nothing. So I go out to get it and she's right behind me and not in the bad mood I thought she would be. Then she sees him and I was shocked when she ohh'd and awww'd and since I had him in a strawberry container, she ran out and got a box and fixed it up for him. Then she talked about how cute he was and said the gargare wasn't good and keep him in the house. She said she was expecting this big ole bird and not a cute little fluffy baby. I swear, as soon as his feet touched the box, he was all over the place. I think the long drive bumped him around just enough. Yesterday since I was so tired of hand feeding him his mash, I took him out into her back yard and Makayla and I turned over rocks and he ate bugs! I've still been hand feeding, but I put him out in the brooder just a bit ago and I'm hoping the chicks teach him how to eat and drink. His umbilical hernia is all dried up and just a big scab and he's never had a full crop, but I've kept him alive enough so far. He looks really happy with some friends too. So from not being able to stand and a weak peep to standing and running around and OMG the noise! He didn't shut up the whole weekend. So something good happened this weekend and that helps.
