We met in person today, but she also won the hatching eggs from Greenfire.

BTW I've had great hatches from Sebrightmom's eggs and also her mom's eggs. They all came from Florida. I saw you were worried that they had a long trip.

I still can't believe I locked my key in the trunk. Makayla pulled the arm rest down in the back and explains to me how if I just get a sharp knife and cut ..............OMG!!!! I told her that no way was anything sharp going into my car.

I am so glad the little ones made it to you - not that I had any doubt as they had an excellant courier, but still, you never know what can happen. Yeah, they definitely need some lap training, but they should get with the program quickly!

Also really glad to hear that you won't be losing your Internet - it would be awfully quiet here without you!

I was late and it rained so that broke it up early, but it was nice and always great to see other members. I grabbed a plate and sat and talked with Makayla, Karen's grand daughter and Debi's daughter. I seem to attact kids. I like kids. The girls had me laughing. I won a $25 gift certificate from Twin City Poultry Supply. Going blind looking in the catalog for what I want. LOL I think I'm going to order something for fertility and hatching boosts. Not sure yet. They have so much. I need a much bigger certificate, there's too much I want.

So the egg toss or race was canceled due to rain, but everyone had a good time. I almost didn't go, but I'm glad I did. Makayla stood off to the side for a while, but she was so excited that Karen't grand daughter was going that she nearly killed herself getting dress and then took forever to even go talk to her. Once she did she was fine and hasn't shut up about seeing Olivia since we got home. We weren't there that long, but she said she had s long, great day.

Thank you so much. This little AM guy is going to go really good with my AM pullet. She's blue and is a BBS from Sebrightmon. Hopefully if I can get some chicks I'll be able to breed them back for more blues. The Japs are beautiful! The little roo wasn't as upset about being held, half as much as the pullet. I think it was more because I was holding her, but she could hear and not see him, so she was trying to get back to him. I think that's why I get so attached to my roos. They know their jobs and just kind of kick back and don't care. The hens freak out because they don't have their roos close by and want to know why they are letting me pick them up. This pair is a lot bigger than my black tail buff. She's a dinky thing, but her breeder is impressed with her, so thats nice. I'll be getting more eggs from her later to try and get a roo for her. BTW this little mottled guy's tail is cute. I can't wait till it fills in, but right now it's just cute.
