WOW we were going to buy an RV and use it to travel a bit, but mostly because we were always the last ones packed to leave when we camped at Pow Wow. LOL Bill was talking to an older couple there that said their's cost more than their new house. Not exactly in our price range, but we had been working with a salesman in Turlock to buy the one he fell in love with. He had his bike trailor all picked out for it. I never went back and ebd told the guy Bill died. Might do that sometime, might not.
I still hurt from the little bit I did the other day. Rain on it's way and I don't have things done. Story of my life lately. I need to get some 2x4's here soon so I can getthe hoop house up. Just think that's going to help so much with being able to find my yard. I have to do do things simpler and I think having that up will just be a big help during rainy season and during the summer. Right now I have a rooster crowing at the back door. I can't catch him unless he comes inside and I'm trying to prevent that, but he sure does want to come in. It's cold out there and he thinks he needs to be a house chicken. Second biggest roo out there and he's a wuss.
I got out of the house last night and had fun with my youngest daughter and son and Makayla and we kidnapped my 2nd oldest grand daughter and took her to Texas Roadhouse for her 18th birthday. Thing is it started a little drama, but oh well. My oldest grand daughter turned 19 on the 3rd. Last year she had a huge party with a room at the only real hotel here in Modesto. So food, a DJ and hours of partying. I called her on her birthday and was going to take her with me if I ever get out to visit Bill and take her to dinner in Fairfield. Well she called me for a ride and I told her where we were. She says "oh ok" and that was it. Then she sends her sister a text telling her she didn't get her birthday from grandma and thanks alot. So, she'll either have to get over it or I have one less gift for Christmas or a birthday top buy from now on. Heck I went to kidnap her last weekend and she never showed up at home, so ya snooze ya lose. Still we had a good time. Lots of containers full of food in the frig, cause there's always so much left and the waiter brought Monica ice cream and sang Happy Birthday and man is this huy in the wrong business! He can really sing. So if I ever get to go again, I'm requesting him.
So my night went pretty good, but driving back??? Yeah, gotta see the machanic again.Depending on what's going on, I may be parking that thing and looking for a really cheap little car that's good on gas. Nothing new, just new to me. So I hope I'm still making the show, although I've been kind of iffy since yesterday anyway.
I swear I have no life!
