So I have 3 different colors of call ducks and just wondering what to expect them to produce.
Pair 1- blue fawn siblings, father was grey, mother was blue fawn. What ratio should I see?
Trio 1-greys, drake is brother to pair 1 so blue fawn genetics in there and hens are all grey. What ratio should I see here?
Pair 2- white sibling pair and drake is crested, not a crested fan and thinking about getting a regular drake and rehoming the crested. If I just end up using him what percent crested would I see? Also if I get a noncrested drake to same female?
Just trying to get a better handle on my genetics.
 
Pair one
25 percent grey
50 percent blue fawn
25 percent pastel
Trio one
100 percent grey. (Blue fawn is incompletely dominant so it can’t be carried.)
Pair two
50 percent white
50 percent white crested
White is recessive so it can’t hide anything.
Crested is incompletely dominant.

So the greys out of my blue fawn pair would not throw blue fawns if bred to another grey?
If I get a noncrested drake I will only get noncrested young?

The first pair that are both blue fawn will produce 25% grey, 25% pastel, and 50% blue fawn.

The trio that are all grey will produce only greys. Blue is incompletely dominant; the grey drake being from a blue fawn mating doesn't mean he has blue genes. If he did, he'd be blue fawn.

Pair two of the whites, all offspring will be white, and half will be crested.
