Call duck eggs are beginning to pip, including the one with twins!

I had no luck in the bator but my serama hen did a great job hatching them out, even better then the call duck mama's!!

We have one hatched about 20 minutes ago and the twins are still doing well. They have a smallish hole inside the shell and they're taking turns working on it. They both seem to be doing okay and I'm watching them closely. Actually I'm barely leaving the incubator. I'm going to give them about another hour and then I'm going to open the incubator and assist them a bit. Because I have 6 other eggs in there I don't want to jeopardize the whole hatch. So I want to work quickly with these two.

OOOHHHH YAY!!!! Still looking good for a twin hatch then. Wonderful news. I have two eggs just pipped too- but I am even more excited- nervous and hopeful for the twins. Come on guys- stay strong- you can do it

Sending good ducky vibes your way! I had good luck myself tonight...one of my best hens, a Daphne Mays original gray hen, got out but she came home just before dark...was quacking at the back door. So I shall send elbow rubs of my duckluck along...keep it going!
