Call duck Eggs wiggle but no internal pip Day 25

When to go into lockdown? Egg #1 and 2 have been wiggling, and Egg #3 has been just no movement of any kind. Egg #1 & 2 are in an incubator together, and Egg #3 is in an incubator by itself. It's Day 25. We tried to candle them with a heat lamp ontop, and flashlight underneath, to keep the warmth. And all the eggs look the same, but there's no internal pip. (Yet??)

Am i allowed to candle to check for internal pip? Or just leave it alone in the incubator? It’s day 27.. supposedly
