I think the larger drakes with the long bills look like mallards to me, so any egg he retrieves from that pen could be a call/mallard mix.
It would be difficult not to want to rescue every last one of them.

I think she'll be a gorgeous girl with her next molt, but I know she's a lucky girl to be getting the heck out of those conditions! I hope you have someone going with you to get the ducks. I find it very difficult to trust anyone that can feel confident in treating an animal like that. Please keep us updated
