Call duckling runt

I have 3 call ducklings 1 is a week older than the other 2. The 2 that are the same age are different in sizes with the pastel being almost half the size of the other 2. Should I be worried and is there something I should do? Or is it perfectly normal?

Did you hatch these yourself? Was the smaller one an assisted hatch? I give all runts poultry cell. It usually does the trick.

They are from a hatchery so I wouldn’t know but it does have a much smaller bill than the others.
