CALL DUCKS ARE HATCHING!!!

Look to see if it has Vitamin B3 in it.
It's got B6, B12, niacin, thiamin, riboflavin, folic acid and biotin. Niacin = B3. But...I've got straight up niacin tablets. Should I just give her that instead?

That's what they need for at least the first week is naicin, usually there's enough in there feed. but because this one is an assisted hatching we need to give her a little extra bump..

If you already gave her the drops from the Complete then don't give her anything else until tomorrow. lets see if she looks better then, or I mean this eveing..

Heading off to bed..Amykins...good luck and I will check in tomorrow and see how things are going

Oh. My god. I wish I'd have been filming this. So I placed Wobbles back into the brooder after a good snuggle/nap, and she immediately goes onto her back, struggles...and then fires a rocket of poop a good 5 inches away, straight out her behind. And then flops over and her beak goes RIGHT IN IT.

/siiiiigghh

Cleaned her off, dipped her bill and she's asleep on the ducky-shaped heating pad. By the way Lac, I'm not so sure it really is a girl...that photo showed her navel where the yolk sac had absorbed, not her vent. I very quickly discovered that one was definitely south of the belly wound. Way, way south. ><;;

UPDATE: Wobbles made it through the night! Energetic lil' thing. Still can't walk, but she can stand! And...hop? Lateral movement is still largely a mystery to her. Got some vitamins into her, she shows an interest in eating but won't actually eat. Probably still has some yolk left. Fingers crossed that we're through the worst!

AND, Egg #3 has an internal pip! Oh man, I hope this one can get out on its own. :/

YAY...good news Wobbles is hanging in there! The vitamins are giving her/him a boost!

#3 has its safe hole now so I think that should give it some time to some work
