I have some silkie eggs and call duck eggs in the bator now. The silkies are due on the 27. Then I have a momma silkie sitting on some eggs lol. Then I have some call duck eggs in the bator and I have a call momma sitting on eggs. And to top it allllll off I have two seebie geese sitting on eggs. It’s definite HATCHING TIME FOR EVERYONE. HAHAHHAHA

I’m probably going to keep most of them except the geese. I am down to five geese. Lost a couple of them to something. I didn’t think I would have an issue with something taken the geese because they are sooo big and heavy well something not sure what carried a few of them off during the night. I’m thinking coyote. All I could see was piles of feathers dragged off. But I can tell you the geese are very smart but rude. They now come up to the garage at night and only go to the coop during the day to protect the other geese that are sitting. They basically told the two girls that are sitting “your on your own at night so you beat better keep quiet”. Lol but during the day they will chase the dogs and cats away for the two girls. Kind of funny but kind of rude of them. Lol

They won’t nest inside? If I didn’t lock mine up In less than a week they’d all be gone.

Hii this is my first time hatching call ducks, but I am experienced with hatching pekins but I’ve never had this problem, someone please help me! They were meant to hatch Monday and it’s now Thursday (day 32.) should I assist? 1 of the 3 hatched on Monday and the other two haven’t pipped. I’m unsure on what to do.
