Call Ducks Finally Hatched

Day 25. One of the three externally pipped overnight, all 3 visibly rock when I shine light on them. Will safe hole the other two this evening if they haven't pipped.

WAIT FOR IT, give them until tomorrow, once they hear that first one, they should start cracking..

I'm betting on the first one being out by tonight. It already started zipping. The other two are both internally pipped. The one is pipped at the wrong end so I'll probably need to help it which I figured. They are rocking like crazy. Very happy. These are the most active call duck eggs Ive had. I used a spray bottle throughout incubation. Sprayed them 3 times a day. Think Im going to stick with that since its worked so well!!!

Good luck I hope they all hatch soon. We are jealous here is Australia we don't have pure call ducks anymore way to much cross breeding going on for pretty colours, all the good call breeders are long gone now

Awe Im sorry I keep seeing tons of magpie calls over in the UK but I can't find any here! Not anywhere near the same as not having them at all but still sucks.

Sure does suck yep I think we lost our specialized breeders about 10 years ago and now they are just crossed to colours to sell. all very sad really
