I need worms! Can I buy the live ones and put them ina container to reproduce? I've just been buying the dried ones.

You don't need to for the black soldier flies. If you provide the container and the food they will come lay their eggs there.

Greens in water: like chard and romaine lettuce, bok choy. Whatever I have on hand for the dragons. I put it in their water because it wilts otherwise and they don't eat it.

Whelp I haven't had ducks a full year yet but I suppose I will do it until I go broke or minnows aren't available. It's florida though so ha.

But Dragons go in the water and usually at least ours Poop in it? I never thought about putting the lettuce in the water. How do you get rid of the smell? OMG, when I clean her water out, the SMELL is sooooo Strong, It could kill a horse. I use dish soap like 4 times and theres still a Tint of smell. YEKKKKKKK

I read a research study that has proven, that if you talk to your eggs durring incubation they will imprint on your voice.. After they hatch they will run to you any time they hear your voice. So you can do a doubble imprint. From your appearance. Well maby, my duckies will follow anyone now. So in a way they are imprinted on everyone.

Well you might want to talk to it alot while you are waiting anyway. I've been talking to my eggs for two weeks now. My family thinks I need help, but ha ha... they just dont understand.

I don't raise mealworms, just buy them! I thought about raising some. We tried with crickets, but the darn things just keep dying!!!

LOL this is what I do for the ducks not the dragons. We don't even put water in with the dragons since its not really necessary. They get it from their greens/crickets/etc.
