these were the last pics I took of him and he was in my big garden tub at the time... I'll have to try and get some more pics of my crew tomorrow if it's not raining again! I haven't taken pics of my adults in a while. Stupid cancer!

Howdy all! Well, it's that time of year again isn't it! I'm so excited to see what I hatch out this season. I've been battling cancer for the past several months so I've not had a chance to separate my breeders into their corresponding colors just yet. I'm hoping to do that by the weekend. The eggs I've collected so far are going into the bator. Should make for an exciting variety of mixed up colors...I won't keep any of course, but they should make for adorable little pets for someone who doesn't care so much about pure colors and just want a few tiny little Calls to love on! .

Prayers for you and your battle. I'm sure the little ones make it easier.

I saw your page on the cute and cuddly thread! Let me know if you'd be willing to sell some hatching eggs.....I was going to PM you because you have a couple colors I am wanting to add. I don't mind the mix, mine are just pets I don't show.

Gorgeous!! Just because you have mixed colors, doesn't necessary mean they aren't pure. You can take two calls that are 100 percent call, but different colors and get some really great new colors. As long as you are take a call with a call, it's still a call, taken the same two calls but different colors is just considered mixed colors..

Think that's what she's referring to as mixed. People that show want to keep the bloodlines pure. I'm going to separate out some of my show quality birds later this year to try and get "pure" colors for showing next year.
