Call Ducks Finally Hatched

Okay guys I just hatcged some mallards ( which were supposed tone Cayuga eggs but I'm happy anyway )

So now I'm trying to get some call ducks any recomendation of where to get the them from

Are you looking for actual ducks or eggs to hatch? Several of us here have eggs and peaches ships ducklings too. I don't currently have any babies available as the 20 I just hatched are being grown out here for a trade with someone else in the fall. She gets first dibs on the ones she wants but if you want to wait until the fall I should have plenty of juveniles available. Now is not the time to ship actual ducks now anyway as it's so hot but some might attempt it.

I have a recommendation: 3 Roses Farm. The owner, Dan, has hands down one of the best call duck lines in the country. He's also a real joy to work with and unlike other breeders I've met is willing to ship any number of eggs to just about anywhere in the country.

Pinioned...? As in, you're looking for ducklings that have had their wing joints cut off? You probably won't find that anywhere.

The older gentleman that we get our eggs from just had a hen come back to the farmyard w/ 4 ducklings in tow! He wasn't expecting them & gave them to us!!! So even though my other babies got eaten, I'm not duckless any longer! They are from the same guy as our last ones as I said, hopefully we'll have more silvers as I'm pretty sure the parents are. Not sure which drake was the father but the mother was all white except for the blue speculum patches on her wings. Will get some pics after work.
