Call Ducks Finally Hatched

Larcy, I ordered about 50-60 call duck eggs for my first hatch ever. I'm in desperate need of advice, they'll be here Thursday or Friday.

OK first warning, please don't expect all of them to hatch. Shipped eggs go threw a lot and it's really hard to get all of them to success. My theory is if you can get at a least Half to hatch your DOING GREAT..So I want you to be prepared for that. Anything more then half, IS SUPER DOPER..

Since your getting sooo many, I would let them set for about 8 hours and throw them in, but keep them still. Only shift them slightly once a day. Candle them first to see if there are any cracks, sometimes you can't see the cracks because they are sooo thin

Well with getting so many, you have no clue how old the eggs are, so my theory is the sooner they get in the faster they can start to process. SO I will put my loose or deatached in after 8 hours and Keep them still, I only shift them once a day so that they don't stick to the side of the shell because once that happens, well it's basically useless..
