Call Ducks Finally Hatched

Little white call drake, only one that hatched from my 2 dozen Duck Creek Poultry Place shipped eggs, he's itsy bitsy little guy, don't think he weighs a pound, the bibbed drake hatched later this year from my stock, he's a little character, personality galore, the duckling in my avatar.
Ive read from a LOT of people that have purchases eggs from duck creek and are having a very very low hatching rate.

GUESS WHAT, HE GREW UP, I no longer have MR. LONER in the house. WOOOO HOOOOOOO, and get this, he created his OWN group AND part of his group is the TWO little guys.... OMG, I must get a pic he's changed SOOO MUCH, lost all his white, he's now a Black duck BUT STILL HAS HIS white beard. LOL.... and talks, when I go out there, he comes right up to me and talks talks talks. He doesn't care for me to touch him but hes got a LOT TO SAY....

Pretty little baby! I can't remember why you call him Mr. Loner.
because a chicken hatched him out and he was the only one. He's been totally depend on me. Ive had to keep him in the house because he refused to be a duck. I would take him out at 8:15 in the morning, he would stay out all day but as soon as it got dark, here he comes up the the garage, quacking away for me to bring him back inside. LOL

He's sooo crazy, well he finally grew up and is now permanently outside. I'm soo proud of him...

LOL. That's sweet. They are definitely very much creatures of habit. Our last brood of this year kept trying to come back in the house for a couple of weeks after they got big enough to go outside. It made me a little sad, but I knew they were doing it simply because that's what they were used to after being in the house for 3 months.

MORE BABIES IN THE HOUSE!!!
