What's sad is they grew up together, so she is alls he knows.. Now that she's gone, he doesn't know what to do with himself. I hope she doesn't lose him due to depression..

Yup I had that happen with my ducks back in IL. He snapped out of it as soon as I got him a new friend.

Yes, she's pipped into the airspace at the blunt end of the egg. Just cant tell what body part is in the airspace

Awww. I love the partridge. One of my favorite colors in chickens! Only have cochin bantams in partridge right now but hope to have some silkies soon.
