Alright sounds good. I was going to use mine to breed to my SQ to see if I could get a BQ. I'll probably collect a couple eggs from him but I don't want to get too many. He's really not anywhere close to standards.

Girls are SOOOO noisy, My sassy is a girl and OMG, she does NOT shut up and LOUD WOW is she loud..
 
So I waited and waited and waited, hoping for a 3rd egg from my calls but nothing. So last night I went ahead and put the 2 of them in the incubator. This morning I go out and find that she has laid a 3rd lol. I went ahead and put it in with the others since it had only been about 12 hours since I had put the others in. If she keeps laying I will collect them for a few days and add them all at once. Then come hatch time I will start up the 2nd incubator so I won't have to deal with what I dealt with last time. Fingers crossed that they're fertile. I have 2 laying age females and 3 males but this is their first time laying so only time will tell.

Ha lol go figures doesn't it?? Good luck with them hope they are all fertile!!! What are yours male/female colors??

Exciting! I just got home about an hour ago from IL. Checked all my eggs, I have 5 call duck eggs fertile and alive that are due to hatch Next Wednesday. Then one due to hatch a couple days after that, one ancona a couple after that, and 3 due to hatch soon after that!!!
 
You crazy hatchers.. Now exactly how many ducks do you want?? Lol

Sassy has 100% adopted my two babies. OMG she's so funny... Now here's the kicker, she has never laid and egg and yet she acts like an over protected mommy.. She will yell at those kids when they stray off.. The kids don't seem to mind her because they come running right back to her.. Lol...
