We hate all the restrictions but it's the people who have caused them and even the good ones have to suffer from the mistakes the bad ones have made. Sorry to hear about your eggs. I hate losing them that far into incubating. Wish I knew why it happened too but I don't.Quote:
Because in the past few years hybridization in Florida wild ducks has risen to about 35% from 15% in recent years. People are turning them loose and they are breeding with the wild ducks. Similiar to people letting loose reptiles and such. They thrive and take over, or breed with native species. Oh, and I just candled my three call duck eggs that are supposed to hatch thursday. Two have died off in the past two days. UGH, what causes that to happen?!
