Call Ducks Finally Hatched

I'm sorry momma. I was just trying to help :(

I cleaned her all up and she should be getting out of that egg anytime now. No rush though :) I do a little every 20-30 minutes. She peeps and chirps at me each time.

Sorry for the crappy picture. I took it through the glass.

You need to get her upright or al least get the shell up against the side of the bator, you want to basically apply pressure to help her absorb

Just did another round about for sassy still nothing, what a horrible day. I'm soooo sad. ALLL my chocolates are gone, my other chocolate bibbed is gone, my wanna be pastel is gone. OMG, this is sooooooo horrible.

The wanna be is still calling for her....

She is upright. That picture was from before I read your post about that. I put her in a tiny tupperware dish. She has such a tiny amount left to absorb but I just don't know. It's been so long and I imagine she's getting pretty tired. I hope she can pull it off.

:(

Is a predator getting them or are they nesting?

Well sassy is a girl, the other chocolate was a girl, but the wanna be pastel was a boy. So I have no clue there's no signs of anything around at all and they didn't come to the house if there was a preditor, no feathers or anything around the yard.. I'm wondering if they flew off??

Keep her wet down there ever hour, if there's just a little bit, she should pull threw crossing fingers....

Don't soak it, just dampness is all she needs. If you damp ** it then she's got to absorb that first. Lol

Hummm. Maybe out exploring and they'll find their way home. I almost hate the not knowing just as much

I think she has finally done it :) I don't see any more yolk. I've laced her down to allow her to kick herself out. She still peeps at me when i rub her back so hopefully and looks at me when I talk to her so hopefully she'll be ok. :fl
