Call Ducks Finally Hatched

They should be fine dirty or not, Hell some of mine have hard as a rock poop on them.  LOL..

Of course, I'm trying to figure out Tammy eggs.  Her and I seem to have that same issue, we lose them as they are zipping.  I'll get this one, I'm going to baby sit every single second to find out why they die while zipping.  There's no excuse for these buggers can give me that I will accept.

I hope so! My only therorys on this are, dirty eggs ha ha, and maby the ducklings working too hard to get out, leaving them to weak to go on. I am sure neither hold any merrit at this time. I think the addiction comes on from hatching difficulties and human nature (refusal to take defeat as a answer).

LOL. Nope to the dirty eggs on this one too Most of my girls lay in the nest boxes inside the coop which is raised off the ground so eggs are clean. I do have 1 that lays in the run but she's the only 1, crazy girl.

I don't know but cross your fingers I think the people I'm getting call ducks from tomorrow have a couple magpie babies.

I hope 1 of us figures it out because it sucks. Until then I will just keep breaking them out.

my little problem right now is my duck eggs are coming out sticky and yet my chicken eggs are coming out perfectly fine. What the heck is that all about? So I have started sponging my duck eggs going to see if that makes a difference.

So weird because if the ducks are going to be sticky you would think they ALLL would be sticky.
