Lori ill be getting yours in the mail in the next couple days, I wanted to give it a couple days to give you a better chance of getting some eggs from the blues.

I have 4 that look good but I have read a lot of places that say they get to hatch day and they don't hatch..

If you have 4 that look good then your ALREADY on the right track, Just keep verifying those Readings. Tell me what that temp and humidity is at right now and what day are you on. The more you know the better chance you will have

NICE, I have Two of mine due this Friday, I'm excited about these guys because ONE of them is from my Pure Black call, I have NO clue who her mate is, I don't think it's the Black male. LOL So I'm HOPING I get some more blacks.

Tell me your settings and tell me what you have done so far. Are you sponging, are you misting are you hand turning them ETC.. Keep us updated each week and we can help you threw all of this.

Peach is right, you may have to help them out once you get closer to the hatching day. TOTALLY normal with calls to have to do this. Some are smarty pants and can do it themselves. LOL and some are Lazy and prefer the interaction of the human touch. LOL

Fingers crossed!!! I just had some Anconas hatch out. I must admit it was nice to not have to worry about them. Lol

I am not misting the eggs or anything, just leaving them, the humidity is 60% and temp is 37c, they are on an automatic turner

Why is your humidity so high? They are going to get sticky....

Your humidity is too high. IMO. Have you just started incubating? Call ducks do not generally hatch with turners....

So I just talked to a lady yesterday. She has a pair of calls from Holderread. (Yeeeekkk!!!!) she can't get any to hatch. She's had like 4 batches die and only one survived. I had her talk me through how she was incubating and yup that was her problem, had them on an autoturner and she had the humidity too high.

She's going to bring me some eggs and I'm going to give her some ducklings. I already have greys but I don't even care, they are from Holderread!!!!!
