Call Ducks Finally Hatched

My hatch due on Sunday looks like I may have a sticky problem. The eggs are survivors of the Hover-bator disaster. They are very active though. Any advice?  OMG This may be another heartbreaking hatch. :(  I have them in another incubator with no water in it. My only idea is to get the goo out l day prior to hatch, and try rinsing them as best I can with sterile water, then add onions.

Try rising that humidity up high. Why because I do know by lowering it It only makes that gooy stuff sticker, so by keeping the humidity up it will keep that gooy stuff from being soooo thick kind of like thinning it out giving them a better chance. I haven't tried it personally but plan too. If you think about it when that crap gets on you it's really sticky like glue what's the first thing you do? Yep wash it off. So raise that humidity thin it out. Once they peep you can and will have to help them out of the shell.

I am now doing an experiment, I have a couple of my own eggs that I can clearly see going to be a sticky problem, so I decided to try and give them e chance..

I made a small safe hole in the gooy space, now these eggs are due next Friday, then I tried sucking some of the gooy stuff out, of course it stuck to my lips and hand etc. taste pretty grose so I don't recommend that you eat it.

Then I took a wet cotton ball placed it on the hole and taped it with water proof tape, then place the egg so that the cotton ball is at the bottom. This way the rest of the gooy stuff can drain out. Crossing fingers that I have a solution for our sticky issue..

I'm over the magpies since I have one plus more on the way.

Now I need SPOTS!!!!!
I will be sending you the eggs as soon as I get them, and to Lori too. I am pretty sure you will get spotted, and magpie. Now that is not freezing here over here all the eggs will be just fine. nine out of ten I set develop. My modified egg turner is just great. I can just slip them out, candle them, and easily put them back.
in. None have fallen out.
