Call Ducks Finally Hatched

I feel so bad for them...their short lives were full of suffering. ._. I won't lie, I'm fighting back tears as I'm typing this. Angovem, didn't you mention that there's another batch of eggs being hatched by a teacher you know that are due in a week or so?

But what about that other clutch? Are you going to tell your teacher that she needs to re-check her humidity levels so that we don't have a repeat of this disastrous hatch?

Pretty much all of us one here sell them. I dont have any available. There is awaiting list for mine.... sorta

Hey Angovem, you mentioned that your teacher buddy who's incubating your eggs has them positioned upright and only refills the water when he feels like it. Um...do you at least know if he's keeping them large side up? I really don't want a repeat of this last hatch but it sounds like he has no clue what he's doing...

He does have them with the big end up at least. I thought he was going to use them for education and like candle them and show his class but he doesnt even do that. He also told me that I need to take the ducklings the day the hatch even thought he has a HUGE brooder a previous teacher bought.

My incubators are full for the next 2 weeks but my calls just started laying again. Once I can get some in the incubator to check fertility I will have some available.
