Call Ducks Finally Hatched

In that pic he looks Huge and yet he barely weighs a half a pound yet. Lol

I'm wondering what is with all the flakes? Never noticed it before is this something they due when there big boy feathers come in??

Yup... as soon as my Calls start feeling like hedgehogs, they always strip the chaff (feather sheathing) off when sitting on me or next to me... I get covered, lol...

I'm jealous! My ducklings are all grown up and no more eggs, but i've got baby chicks galore and chicken eggs in the incubator, guess will have to wait till next year for baby ducks, Sure like the bibbed ducklings, they sure are cute.

If we're lucky, Miss Bean will start to lay within the next couple months!

Here's my gray call drake that had the slipped wing, just like his dad, because i am an expert in fixing angel wing, no one would ever know he was once severely angel winged, i really don't think it would be ethical to sell him without letting the buyer know that he was once angel winged before i fixed it. Just in case it's hereditary. I may be an expert in fixing angel wing, but how would i know that somebody would know how to fix angel wing if they bought him and then raised angel winged ducklings? Wouldn't i be a dushonest person if i didn't tell them that he and his father were bother angel winged, until i fixed him? This drake is the one who is the gray call in my avatar.
