breakfast with hubbs and then some horse care and up to playing musical coops and cleaning chick brooders today.

Yes the Drakes are just as much trouble as Roosters. Although easy to get rid of.
I'm not totally finished Darla I still have a little clean up to do today. I'm moving the new Cockerel today into the top portion of the Duck house so he has more room.

I will probably go out and look around again, and battle hens for their eggs. Not an easy task with one arm. One hen bit me pretty good a few days back, and the one muscovy hen is getting a bit more brave each day, and comes back quickly after I toss her off the nest.

No I just scissor her feet..I'm not that good of a groomer.....My Husband and Son think she looks rediculous

Tell them how much a groomer would charge you. They will probably decide pretty quickly that you are doing a great job.

Well they know because that's why I clipped her myself. Plus Darla would of been scared going for an entire day.

Some groomers can be abusive unfortunately. I personally would never take mine to one. I have seen stuff.

Yesterday I went and deleted my post off that dumb duck diaper debate thread. I see today it was locked down. I'm glad I got out of that mess while I still could.
