Yes, it will have a different sleeve of plastic so it won't rust..Wow that's bad. No fixing that. Maybe you will get better water out of a newer well. I hope you get a golden egg too.

I used too and don't bother anymore...Just crap I don't deal with at all...Oyster Shell is enough..Do you guys crush up your eggshell sand feed them back to your chickens for calcium? Do you mix it with the oyster shell or mix it with their feed? Also do you guys feeder crumble or pellets to your chickens?
I like to crush the shells. I don’t want them to go to waste. They either end up in the chicken feed or their poop/compost binI used too and don't bother anymore...Just crap I don't deal with at all...Oyster Shell is enough..
That's totally your choice and won't do a difference..I like to crush the shells. I don’t want them to go to waste. They either end up in the chicken feed or their poop/compost bin
I feed a pellet all flock unless I'm raising chicks than a non medicated starter grower is available too with a separate bowl of oyster shells. I switched to pellets because the sparrows were eating all the crumble.Do you guys crush up your eggshell sand feed them back to your chickens for calcium?
