Well we didn't bring Jasmine home. She passed the vet check. She is just under 2yrs old. Used to the halter but not the lead line so by the time we were ready to load her up it was too dark. The couple selling her took over the operation from a guy who had a tractor turn over on him. I guess he is really depressed or something bc they said when they took over the handling and barn reparations he said he didn't care what happened. They both work à full time AND do their best to tend to the horses. So I do commend them for what they are doing. She bonded with me quicker than the woman said she took to her which is great. She is still a bit unsure about my Hubbs. The woman said they had another couple come look at her and Jazz huffed and carried on and wouldn't have anything to do with them. I'm the first one that she has ever let feed her besides them! So my hopes are high and I'm super encouraged by this. They are going to call as soon as they get her on the trailer tomorrow morning/afternoon. Didn't want her scabbing up or bruising her knees since she couldn't see well in the dark.
Good luck with the new Horse..Hope you enjoy her.

My boss got 70 bags of chicken feed and scratch, but none of it is for the chickens because she is selling it at auction. :rant So what did the chickens get to eat you may ask. Well they got a moldy pie and a pumpkin pie. Also her personal flock was so hungry when I went out to fill their water pail (yes you read that right they drink out of a pail). They practically attacked their chicken feed they were so hungry. I’ve never seen such hungry chickens in my life. It was awful. :(View attachment 1422063
