So late yesterday evening my Lavender Orpington (Big Lady— the prettier one) was on the nesting box. Usually the girls lay earlier in the day, but I came back this morning and she’s still there and is poofing up and making broody noises. No more broodies!!!!!!

Oh .....Broody Hens are a pain till you need one and then they aren't Broody..

Well, the 2 broodies were fighting this morning and one of the 4 eggs I gave the Brahma mix was slightly broken. It isn’t too bad so I put it in the incubator and will hope for the best.

You can try sealing it off with nail polish or liquid bandaid..

Kayla the Duckling I'm thinking has a broken joint at the wing tip from Casanova the bugger...

I'm seriously thinking I better stop hatching till I get another Coop set up for my Bantam chickens or for the SS chickens..
Plus I need more room for my Ducks. I don't know why I do this to myself constantly..
