Call ducks

I though about keeping a call duck as a house pet is it a good idea? Please vote

I tried ducklings once. Not Call Ducks, but still ducks. I loved them but found them to be very messy. I had them only for two weeks before finding a new home for them. But hopefully I will try ducks again someday! But they get everything wet and I doubt your house would stay very dry with them in it.

Call ducks are very noisy and ducks in general aren’t great house pets. They love water, and would prefer to be outside where they can swim and forage around. Ducks are extremely messy and they poop everywhere, and it’s very watery. If you kept them inside they would need their own room with open windows for ventilation and something extremely absorbent to cover the floor. Would not recommend as a house pet.

I voted Definitely not.
Ducks need to live outdoors where they can be ducks and have their needs taken care of not indoors so they can take care of your needs.

Please don’t I’d dutch white call ducks and when they are alone they quack And quack and quack... they will not be happy. Don’t keep a call duck alone. Always with a companion!
