Go to blogger.com. If you are logged in, it will take you to your home page. There it lists your blogs. Under your blog's title, there's a link that says "new post". Click it and you will be directed to the posting form. Write whatever you want and click "publish".
Of course, editing an existing post is a whole different thing.....

You'll get the hang of it. By now, I could probably write a post, customize a blog's look and change the permissions...in my sleep!
