Well, I am a transplant! I am originally from South Africa, married a Colorado boy and now live in South Carolina. We LOVE it here, and have 50 chicks arriving early spring! Woopee! Great to hear of more south cacka lacky types! We think the folk here are awesome, so friendly and helpful. We hope to make more friends with some of the local farmers - haven't met many yet but we are still new, only just over a year here.

although we live in northeast georgia, my wife was born and raised in south carolina. raised in sumpter, right across from the air force base. she went to the university of s.c. (go gamecocks, if your a sports fan) and most of her family lives there. we have many friends still over there and visit at least once a month, usually more often. michael
