As of right now I have four healthy chicks and 3 pips,one zip, with one egg excessively rocking

Out of 21, of which 'bout 5 were clear, so I am 4/16 + 3 pips + 1 zip= 8. 8/16 = 50%, not bad so far for a 1st timer.

btw- its day 21 getting ready to be day 22

Yes! hopefully it is a 'dotte! There is about ten of them in there.
