Calling all New Brinsea Owners - PRIZES - March Hatch-a-long

To all of you Oct Eco 20s out there... How do you feel your 'Water in Glass' thermo is holding up and where are your temps holding at?
Anyone with a Spot Check to compare the Glass thermo to? I am running on faith with this thermometer. Anyone else?

They are hatching!

Please, may this go well! I'm a nervous wreck! How long should it take to hatch?

It's highly variable. It can take from 12-24 hours on average from pip to zip and hatch. Some take longer. SO FUN!! Good luck!

Jmmre31- I haven't noted you posting on this thread previously. I'm guessing you are in the Brinsea March-hatch-along then?
Good luck with your hatch, don't be a nervous wreck. Enjoy the experience!

I'm not scared I'm the guy standing on the beach with a stringer full of fish.

I just stalked you on the Brinsea page 7LFarm and made note on my spreadsheet.

Now who will be the first to post on BYC and Brinsea FB????

I found you jmmre31- looks like you might be the first to hatch! Hope you have your camera ready.
Don't forget when you post the pic to Facebook, to leave your BYC name on your post!
We have 46 peeps in the contest so far!

And....We have LOCKDOWN!!!

I have one lone egg remaining in my Brinsea Mini Advance for this test hatch. The egg is from My Silver Spangled Hamburg roo, Simon and my blue Ameraucana, Clarice. The chick should be interesting! (S)he won't be alone for long as I have my second Brinsea Mini Advanced cranked up with yet another lone egg from the same parents. (long story)

As always, temperatures are ROCK STEADY in my trusty Brinsea:
