Calling all New Brinsea Owners - PRIZES - March Hatch-a-long

lockdown started for my 8 duck eggs last night the waiting from now on is the hardest for me

Lockdown has begun! They should hatch on March 3.

Well I wasn't going to enter in but what the heck!

I have eggs that should be here on the 3rd so will be setting them on the 4th. Hatch day should be March 25th. I'm not sure what the eggs are going to be...its a mixed bag of purebreds although I do know I am getting a couple of frizzle eggs with it.

I will be setting some Coturnix eggs as well.

I'm on day 7 tonight. Candled and found one doing nothing, the rest (23) all look good! The one I wasn't sure of from the get go. It was in the nest box and very cold when I opened coops in the morning, temps were in the teens.

Can you have two separate hatches and count as two entries or is it one entry per person? I am putting eggs in again after my hatch is done on March 3. Just wondering.

so how or where do they post the detail on the brinsea facebook page? i am face book inept so havent found anything on it

Well, I'm still going to follow this thread but I won't submit my photos to Brinsea's Facebook page as I won the Feb prize. Good luck everyone on your hatches!
