Calling all New Brinsea Owners - PRIZES - March Hatch-a-long

I have 11/14 in my Eco 20 right now, due March 2. Had a power failure last night for two hours, so that may affect everything. This is my first hatch ever, so I'm pretty nervous.

Hope all goes well! You must be ANXIOUS!

I'm in!! I am setting eggs today in my Eco 20 for a March 18th hatch date. I'm sad I don't get to fill it up......my egg purchasing plans only partially worked out. I was supposed to get 8 Speckled Sussex eggs from a local breeder, but his hens are not co-operating.

So 16 Blue Rock eggs from Halo are going in now! I can hardly wait!!

The day has come to load the bator with 48 eggs. I loaded it last time on Saturday at noon & I'm fixin to do it again. The eggs are from my RIR'S. I call the chickens I hatch Texas Reds. RIR'S seem to be called alot of different things so I've been reading about. But no confusion here Texas Reds. Wish me luck. I currently have 41 red chickens & one newly acquired Dominique.

7L Farm good luck on your hatch of Texas reds! I have 30 eggs in my Octagon 20 right now for a hatch on the 11th of March. 29 that are light, dark and buff Brahmas and one EE egg from my girls that I just had to slip in. Hoping for a great hatch this time!

I ordered a Brinsea Eco 20 to hatch quail after hearing people rave about it. I have it loaded with quail eggs due to hatch the second week of March, so I am in!

Hey thanks & right back at you. I had it all loaded & the dang humidity went way up so I took the eggs out to fixs the problem. They were only in the bator for 10 minutes so I'm good there. Once, I get it right their going back in. Dang it last time I could never get the humidity up past 50 now its at 60 go figure.
