Do you guys think this buff is a hen or a roo? Im not sure how old he is but his previous owners got him from a buff orp pullet bin.

My first 2 chickens (since I last had chickens in 1985) This is Henna & Stella D'oro my Chocolates!! They are about 20 weeks old now They are the sweetest girls. I've had them for 5 weeks and plan to integrate them into my duck flock soon. I let them all out to free range together and so far the ducks are afraid of them, lol. I have 9 ducks, all lady ducks, mostly old lady ducks, lol. silly ducks.

Im going to say roo.

They thought he was and I was given him as a roo, but I wanted to make sure. He doesnt crow and is the most skittish bird I have ever seen.

Nohope is huge now. Such a big spaz but so pretty! He still thinks he’s a bantam and goes to bed with the tiny birds in the smallest coop I have. He just looks silly next to the bantam EEs Such a weirdo! Even though his girlfriend Roxy is now in a different coop that’s roomier! SMH
