While likely best for the overall quality of BYC, I do regret not offering the "sometimes you have to shoot your own dog" advice - that poor duck has a future of suffering in the keep of an irresponsible owner. We've done what we can - no shortage of effort at rehabilitating the poster.

I all but said that. I typed and deleted and then retyped my responses sooo many times.

I really tried to keep my cool. The reply to my second to last response hit me in the face like a brick wall. This dude's only got one oar in the water. I said I had no words, but I had a lot of words. A lot of words I am not permitted to say here.

Invite is still open to those who want to shovel. Payment is a male "project bird" of your selection from one of the last hatchings if you want something between 11 and 23 weeks for table. Or you can pick a hatchling of yeaonger age for whatevcer purpose.

We (my wife and I, meaning "i") are filling buckets with #57 rock, carrying to the back of the foundation, and filling drainage trenches. Expect high 80s, UV index 11 or 12, high humidity. My wife will make the Arnold Palmers, and I expect everyone to take frequent breaks. Thanks!
