Jerry's Seramas has good birds... if you don't mind spending a lot of money, that is! The pair I got is quite nice and their eggs hatched very well (100 percent)!

I looooove Jerry's birds..he has the best!
BUT I have also seen other excellent birds from other breeders! Not everyone has to (or wants to) spend 200 bucks plus shipping for a pair of B class birds.
Seramas have been around for a bit now, and some great and serious breeders have their hands on them now!

Wow, that's quite the site. I'll look up the Jerry's last name that I dealt with on two occations but I don't think it's that Jerry.....

Hey!
At least if "Cackling Hen" buys them, they only cost 40 bucks a pair. Out of desperation, i paid 70 bucks for a pair of chicks that out grew the size of my new 5 months old pair i got from Jerry for 260 $ include shipping.

...All i got out of them chicks are the apple breasts and well tame chicks. I wished i listen to BluegrassSerama back them....ah what the heck, they are still part of my flock. I did paid a little bit more for Jerry's birds but I did get what i want, all i need now is get them use to have me around. I am happy with all my feather friends.

Yeah, you have to find a breeder that you can trust, and do all the research you can. Ask lots of questions, and if its a serious breeder, expect to get lots of answers telling you about the pros and cons of each bird and their lineage etc etc. All the serious breeders I know will talk to you about type and genetics alllll day!

spotsplus..Maybe they said they were "from Jerry's birds?"...lots of people say that trying to get $$, but in reality, ALL Serama are from Jerry's birds..He IMPORTED them from Malaysia into the US!

Oh im not going to but them I want a true Serama for breeding I looked up Jerry Schexnayder is that who your talking about ondras???? Thank you all for wonderful info and BluegrassSeramas i would love to maybe get on your list....................

Here are the birds i got from Jerry yesterday. He did not have a laced blue hen so i took the sparrow instead, the roos is a laced cocoapop. They just refuse to post for the camera.
