Calling all teenagers

My favorites are pull-ups and pushups
I don’t understand pull-ups. I can do over 50 pushups, I can hold handstands for almost a minute, I can hold a one handed handstand for a few seconds, I normally curl 20s, i have visible abs but an 17% body fat, and I still can’t barely do like two pull ups.

I would work on forearms and back. I can only do 3-5 pull-ups depending on the day but used to be able to do 8 when I worked on them a lot. I am trying to get to ten by my birthday next year

Yeah I do a lot twice a week I do back and my forearms have veins and are quite toned but I’ll try.
