Same minus the handstands. And I can lift well over half my weight above my head, carry almost my own weight, and have high endurance, but for some reason can't lift myself?I don’t understand pull-ups. I can do over 50 pushups, I can hold handstands for almost a minute, I can hold a one handed handstand for a few seconds, I normally curl 20s, i have visible abs but an 17% body fat, and I still can’t barely do like two pull ups.
