Calling all teenagers

There is a medicinal tea you can make that will wipe it out in three days.

This recipe is technically beverage strength, not medicinal, but it is amazing!

1 to 2 cloves garlic (wouldn't recommend garlic powder)
1/2inch of ginger root (or 2tbsp of ginger powder)
1 cinnamon stick (or 1 tbsp cinnamon powder)

Edit note: I've never tried it with powders, because it won't turn out as well. It would still be useful.

Roughly chop then smash the garlic. Break the cinnamon stick into several smaller pieces. Slice and smash or grate the ginger root.

Optional: Simmer garlic and ginger in 2 cups of water for 10 mins to get the most out of your ingredients.

Or: Boil 2+ Cups of water and just throw everything in, it still works impressively well.

Let it steep, vessel wrapped in a cloth and covered, for 15 mins.

1/2 cups 3x a day is recommended and will work better, but drinking it all at once will still be extremely helpful.

You can add Lemon and Honey if you want, and if you're achy add Turmeric.

You will be perfectly healthy by the time vacation rolls around if you make this once every day or two. It's also a strong antioxidant, so after the first time or two you consume it, it will make you pee a lot. After the initial experience though, you wont be peeing extra when you have it in the future (unless you are regularly consuming things it would kick out). We eat whole here so it isn't really a problem.

This tea wipes away exhaustion and malaise within an hour or two like nobody's business.

ALSO take 2-6K mg of VitC. Since you are sick this is fine, but on a daily basis, no more than 2k is safe in the long run. You can start small with just 2-3K to see if extra will affect you.

VitD will help with your tiredness.

L-lysine, if you can get your hands on it, prevent virus cells from replicating.

Best of luck.
Thank you SO MUCH!! I'll definitely try this, I'm really excited. Tysm!!

For a while I was doing it 5 times a week. I rode for 13 years. Folks stopped paying for it. At least $1,000/month for what I was doing.
$1,000 a month?
That seems a bit much.
But riding is fun so im sure its worth it.
A local church was doing riding lessons/plain riding a few years ago. I did that but havent rode since.

$40-50/lesson (depending on type) was about $700-800/month. $200/month for partial lease during fair, but I paid for that and in was only for four months. The rest was gas.

Not even to mention show fees. IEA was several $$$/year, but I only did that once.
