I would love to own Seramas! But if my chickens dont lay lots of eggs or arent able to be ate then i cant have them. Although mine i have now lay more than i expected.

Why cant you have anything but production breeds?

Because if they dont produce food. Theres no point in owning them. But yet i have a brahma that im allowing to be butchered as she has twisted toes and is limping around. But yet they wont butcher her. I dont understand.

thats my dads veiw on chickens too. He said i could have bantams because i've taken care of the chickens for so long its kind of a payment

My dad is not a huge fan of the bantams and stuff either but I love bantams so he lets me keep them
