What type of chicks

I want Duccles so bad

Salmon faverolles, marans, Brahmas, cream legbars, silkies, Cochin, and a random pullet!

And a feed store locally is getting some Mille Fleurs

And a hatchery i want to order some Faverolles from has Mille Flours and Porcelain duccles

Uh oh, don't go there when they've got them...

My feed store gets chicks but none of them are really "special" or rare, its more common breeds I guess. Nothing like d'Uccles. Although they're getting Olive Eggers and Marans and I need those for their eggs.

if you get the chance definitely get them. I will say the giant feathers on their feet do get kinda gross if it’s wet out

Okay! Yeah, I've thought about that. I also don't think they'd do well with our heat. I don't even have enough space for more chickens except for a couple more.

Normally the feed store closest to us doesnt have many breeds
They have Cinnamon queens and Olive eggers.
But the one 30 minutes away has more rare breeds.
I saw the list of all the incoming chicks, i shouldnt have looked

I’ve always wanted salmon faverolles but I heard they were sensitive and didn’t want to buy chicks just for them to die in the mail

same! we weren’t even planning to get more chicks but we made a fatal mistake of going to tractor supply to pick up feed…and now we have eleven chicks! I have no idea how we are going to fit them in our coop though!
