Yeah, I get that, too. I fortunately never had bad dreams, but my sleep was extremely messed up. I wouldn't deep sleep, I could only have light sleep so it was like being half awake in the twilight zone ALL NIGHT. My sleep's existence was questionable at best and I'd just end up staying up late in hopes of being tired enough to fall asleep.ehhh i mean i have had sleep problems since i was like 5 cause i have really horrible nightmares that i wake up from with panic attacks but who knows i might sleep a lot better when i am older and my home life gets better
You could try taking Ashwagahnda. It's very calming. Also, drink a mug of Thyme tea before bed! It's REALLY great for getting you relaxed and worry free.
My home life was objectively "fine", but it was pretty rough growing up, and really lonely and unpleasant so I get that too.
