This is one of the 3 raised by the hen. I also think the orphan is a male, the orphan who sees me as Mom and loves to be held. I have read many a time on BYC that cockerels raised by hens become the best roosters. And that ones that are handled a lot, like my orphan, are more likely to become aggressive. But others have reported that these chicks turned out to be very nice roosters. I won't keep more than one, if even one.
