Good!..but could've been better.
The apples I had were gala. Apple Pies are so much better with a tart apple.
I did like that crust made with butter!
I've always made my pie crust with shortening.

tart AND firm apples... I do not like mushy apples in an apple pie

Also they should be green!

These would make a nice pie, lol

I actually like Granny Smith apples just for eating too

but the real question is... who wants apple pie, when you could have lemon meringue?!

Lieutenant Worf (the hen raised cockerel) got a warning this morning. He was chasing the girls and pulling their tails relentlessly, while they fled in terror. His Daddy didn't do this. R2D2, who is a week older, doesn't do this.
I caught Worf and pressed him to the ground, pecking on the back of his head with my finger. He behaved himself after that, but....he has received a black mark on his record.
Boys, only one of you get to stay on as the flock rooster. The other will be invited to a BBQ, and trust me, you don't want to go to a BBQ.

Oh gosh I don't know, I ordered the cheapest one. Maybe it won't be adequate.

The closer to 360nm the better the light, as you get close to 400nm they become really weak. Got a link to the one you bought?

I kinda got an expensive one it's a Tattu U3S and my business payed for it lol. The Tattu U1S is a very good one as well just not quite a bright as the U3S. I would try the 398nm one first it might be just enough to see them chomping buggers when it's nice and dark.
