calling any one from missouri

So, since we aren't eating the okra anymore, due to me getting OD'd on slime, my DD picked an okra blossom and put it in water as a decoration on the table. After it closed up, she pulled it out, and there was a long string of slime, long long slimy trail....just from a blossom!

I remember when Dad would fry up okra I'd leave the house it was so disgusting to me.

I googled okra that is less slimy and found this--so maybe there's hope! I'll have to check in the spring to see if they have more....
