Yesterday the black birds were piling up in little piles on top of the straw J put out for the ducks to walk on/sit on. The ducks just didn't even care. looking out the window you couldn't even hardly tell what was a duck and what was a pile of black birds.

If they show up here I'll get out my laser guided remote control black bird blaster and maybe a sawdust cannon! Or even a real cannon!

Might be fun with the ballistia if you didn't have to chase after the bolts...

Amazing that Coop Deux was 24.6°F inside just now but the outside was only 11°F... never did see the 17°F we were supposed to get.

I think my scarecrow helped, the blackbirds seemed to disappear, we'll see tomorrow.
I just remembered we have a fake owl too. I'll put that out tomorrow.

We got up to 20 degrees today... but with the sunshine our screen/sun porch got above 60!

the cats spent most of the afternoon out there “sun bathing”
